Look, we get it; online shopping can feel like a gamble, especially when you're buying from a brand you haven't tried before. So here's everything you need to know about ordering from us, written like actual humans instead of a customer service bot. 

Questions

How long until my order ships? 

We make everything to order, which means your shirt doesn't exist until you buy it. (Wild, right?) Orders usually go into production within 2 to 3 business days after you place them.

When will it actually arrive?

We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Once your order is made and shipped:

U.S.orders: Usually 5 to 7 business days after production wraps

International orders: It can take up to 30 days, depending on where you are

Most orders move quickly, but carriers can get slammed during holidays or peak seasons, so sometimes things take a little longer. We wish we could control USPS, but we can't.

Can you guarantee it arrives by [specific date]?

Unfortunately, no. Once it leaves our hands, delivery timing is up to the carrier. We can't guarantee arrival by holidays, birthdays, or that surprise gift you forgot about until the last minute. Plan ahead if timing matters.

What kind of shirts do you print on?

We use Bella + Canvas 3001 tees: the same premium blanks used by boutique brands. Soft, lightweight, and built to last. 

  • Unisex fit
  • Premium feel that doesn't feel cheap
  • Print quality that actually holds up

How do they fit?

True to size with a unisex cut. Each product page has a sizing chart with exact measurements, so you're not guessing. If you like a baggier fit or you're between sizes, go up one.

How do I take care of my shirt so it doesn't fall apart? 

Pretty simple:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Don't iron directly on the print (unless you want a melted disaster)

Treat it right and it'll last.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Since everything is made to order, we don't do traditional returns. But here's the thing: if something's wrong, just reach out. We're not trying to trap you with fine print. We'll work it out.

What if my shirt shows up messed up? 

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, stained, or just straight-up wrong, email us at team@everythingfunfitness.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or refund: no charge, no hassle. 

What if I ordered the wrong size or color? 

If we screwed up, we'll fix it immediately. If you accidentally picked the wrong thing at checkout, email us anyway. We can't always undo it once production starts, but we'll do what we can to help.

Can I change my address after I order?

Only if your order hasn't started production yet. Once it's being made, we can't reroute it. Double-check your address before you hit "Place Order." Seriously. We've all been there, but it saves everyone a headache.

If your address is incomplete or wrong, your order might get delayed while we try
to track you down and confirm where it's actually going.

What payment methods do you accept? 

All the usual suspects:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Do you ever run sales or offer discounts?

Yeah. We send exclusive discounts to our email subscribers and returning customers from time to time. No spam, just actual deals when we've got them.

How do I get in touch?

Email us anytime at team@everythingfunfitness.com or use the Shop Chat feature on our site for quick questions. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. Sometimes faster if we're already at our desks. Sometimes a little slower if we're training. (We practice what we preach.)
