30-Day Guarantee

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size isn’t right

  • Something simply feels off

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.


🔁 How We Handle Returns

Because our products are made to order, we review return requests individually.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

In many cases, we do not require the item to be shipped back. This allows us to resolve issues quickly while reducing waste.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
